CLOUDSEC Sheds Lights on Shielding IoE in the 4th Edition of Security Conference

Mumbai: The leading internet security conferences in Asia Pacific, CLOUDSEC, initiated its fourth annual addition recently. Themed on ‘The Internet SECURITY of Everything’, CLOUDSEC 2014 aims to inspire IT professionals and business leaders to navigate the future, which is faced towards safeguarding the networked society that is constantly connected through the internet.

Founded in 2011, CLOUDSEC is recognized as a covert internet security conference in Asia Pacific region. The conference covers vendor-neutral and feature presentations by global and regional industry experts. Hosted by Trend Micro Incorporated (TYO: 4704), a global leader in cloud security, the conference intends to influence continuous learning journey to manage the information technology and computer systems, and driving industry professionals to reach their goals in a safer manner. The new edition is set-up to focus on the understanding of enterprises about the present and future challenges and strategies of securing the IoE.

CLOUDSEC 2014 is also aimed at examining and defining major components of the IoE ecosystem such as internet-connected devices, applications and cloud computing including the business impact that the IoE brings and the fact of how enterprises can harness the potential of IoE to boost their bottom line. The high-profiles attendees can also listen to thoughts on security solutions which can be implemented today in order to fully harness the power of IoE for organizations and enterprises by the experts.

The novel event covered keynotes, panel discussions, breakout tracks, workshops and tutorials informing and alerting the attendees about how to align responsibilities for securing the IoE across each segment of their organization and what are the areas which need critical attention. With Rik Ferguson, Global VP of Security Research at Trend Micro and Ken Low, Executive Director of CLOUDSEC 2014, as the key speakers, the conference is all set to go live at Hong Kong, Jakarta, Mumbai, Singapore and Taipei.
